Happened upon wreck 3-5 minutes after it happened. Area is 23 miles from the closest FD. Driver trapped in seat with serious injuries.
Had vehicle stabilized with 42’s and battery cut and roof off within 8 minutes. Fire chief arrived 15 minutes later followed 8 minutes later by engine and EMS. 30+ minutes for FD and EMS to arrive.
Passenger was ejected and died at scene of head trauma. Happened west of Green River, WY Monday around 1130.
